Job Purpose

• The position is responsible for Data Carrier/Enterprise Link Delivery Network Planning, Implementation.
• Responsible for feasibility study, planning of equipment's with OSP work, installation of equipment, provisioning of NPLC/IPLC circuits for point to point connectivity to customer with in a defined time frame. Coordinate with circle teams and leased line providers to find out nearest POP to customers network and ensure the Txn network availability and MTTR/SLA against benchmarks.
• Delivery of Fixed Line services as per Last mile standard TAT's.

Key Result

Areas/Accountabilities

• Preparation the BoM plan and O&M requirement for Data Transmission equipment
• Formulating and implementing standard operating procedure for new deployment.
• Feasibility study for connectivity to customer. Building up of the access network and suggesting the possible options to reach the customer. Service delivery for all the Carrier /Enterprise Data Services.
• Acceptance test and SLA delivery of the provisioned circuit
• Plan and ensure the effective implementation wherever possible of cost saving within area of responsibility

Core Competencies,

Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of Transmission Network
• Basic understanding of outside plant of OFC networks and Awareness of different access network technology
• Should be familiar with all troubleshooting & testing tools.
• IP networks knowledge
• Equipment panning and procurement
• Good communication Skills.
• Performance management using link deliver KPI and traces

Qualification/Experience

BE/BTech Electronics Engineering, Electronics &Communication Engg, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent technical competence. Minimum of 3-5 yrs desired experience.
