We have succeeded in raising funds for 85+ projects, leasing over 18mn sq. ft., and concluding over 50 hospitality transactions. We have an established and extensive network of 200+ clients, including some of the biggest blue chip companies hailing from diverse industries such as hospitality, F&B, retail, logistics, commercial developers, healthcare etc. Our rich industry experience has enabled us to fund 85+ projects pan-India, raising more than INR 100bn for the real estate market. Headquartered in Mumbai and having branch offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Pune at present, we cater to the clients in 50+ Tier-I and Tier-II cities, pan-India basis. Lead generation in commercial real estate verticals Tracking of retail/commercial / warehouse space across micro markets Conduct site inspections, close negotiations, legalities of transactions, supply generation Revenue generation through leasing / sale of commercial place Relationship management with retail brands, corporates, developers, landlords, HNIs Client Relationship Management This role will also include 50% inventory role Maintaining MIS reports Well versed with MIS Job Location - Pune Candidates from IPCs/ commercial real estate consultancy firms will be preferred.
