A. Project Management: . Managing & Controlling the Project Execution / Logistics / Equipment / Resources / Accessibilities like Mast Climbers, Cup Lock Scaffoldings, Man Lifts, Scissor Lifts etc. . Coordinating with Client, Consultant & Main Contractor on daily basis. . Preparing & Submitting Project Completion Schedule - Activity wise . Ensuring to mobilize adequate manpower, equipment, machineries & tools to achieve the milestones & deadlines. . Developing Project Trackers & Progress Reports & Reporting to Client on daily basis. . Coordinating with internal stake holders like Design, Procurement, Production, Project Controls, QS & Billing, HR, Finance, Logistics & Sr. Management to expedite the Progress of Project in every aspect. . Mobilizing required sub-contractors like scaffolders & installers to expedite the Progress of the Project. . Mobilizing adequate staff - shortlisting genuine profiles for the job & adding up to the team & ensuring that the newly added resource is delivering the best results. . Studied, Analyzed & Identified the loop holes in the ongoing team management & have set up a process flow to ensure that the required productivity is met by taking due corrective actions such as terminating non-performers & adding qualified, experienced & dedicated resource to the existing team. . Developed the per day UHPC Installation rate from 25 to 110 plus & heading up to the next Milestone of 200 per day. . Controlling a team of 60 plus staff viz., Project Planning, Project Coordination, Project Execution - UHPC & Secondary Steel Works, Logistics, QAQC, HSE, Surveyors, Admin & around 500 Manpower per day. . Developed the monthly billing to 4 million QAR (Qatari Riyal) per month. . Reporting to the Managing Director & Client\'s Project Director on day-to-day basis.
