ROLE TITLE: Manager - Secondary Distribution Planning (West 1, West 2 & South)

REPORTS TO:

GM Distribution

LOCATION: Mumbai

DATE: 1st September 2022

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure that supply chain process are implemented in respective Zone and supply related issues are taken care of so as to fulfill Customer order on time and at optimum cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supply Chain System implementation:
  • Ensure that pull model is implemented without major hassle
  • Handle aberration in pull model
  • Ensure smooth DC/RC changeovers
  • DC stock out rate reduction
  • Take decision on shifting material from one RO to other RO
  • To coordinate with Ho - Logistics to ensure right availability of material
  • QBM
  • To implement loadability norms without compromising on quality
  • Local transportation:
  • Support ZCM in finalizing the rates for local and adhoc transportation
  • Logistics cost :
  • Ensure reduction in detention cost and DC stock norms are in place
