Work you will do
You will be responsible for helping our customers in their journey towards HR digital transformation leveraging SAP HCM on premise solutions. Responsible for communicating key actionable insights to the leadership. We serve customers across geographies in an Integrated Delivery model maximizing remote delivery mainly working for Implementation projects, Advisory & Solution Architecting services. Team also works on various Initiatives at Practice & Organization level and gets opportunities for holistic professional & personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in designing and creating HANA data models to support consolidated reporting requirements.
  • Resource will lead requirement and design sessions and will be involved with, debugging, unit testing, building configuring, and deploying reports.
  • Lead data analysis, modeling, and extraction of data from multiple sources.
  • Design and develop dashboard reports.
  • Analyzes required functionality and implements customizations to platforms or develops custom solutions to fulfill business requirements.
  • Collaborates with team members to understand business requirements and create clear, technical specifications outlining the specific enhancement or functionality required.
  • Supplies estimations, status updates, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Develops and maintains testing scenarios and prepares necessary test data for thorough unit and integration testing results. Maintains source control, version control, and defect tracking systems.
  • Prepares and maintains technical documentation.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Ability to lead multiple technical delivery projects.
  • Work with the business team to define and document requirements, communicate issues, and identify opportunities for technology and process improvement.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and provide knowledge transfer to other team members for ongoing support.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a technical field
  • Overall 10+ yrs of experience in SAP domain, with 7+ years of experience in SAP HANA
  • Expertise in HANA with hands on experience in Native HANA modeling.
  • Experience in using SAP Business Objects tools (Webi, Lumira, etc.).
  • Experience working with Business Suite on HANA and experience in extending standard models.
  • Expertise in HANA view optimization and performance techniques.
  • Experience working with HANA Modeling Artifacts like - Attribute Views, Analytics, Calculated Views (Graphical and Script), stored Procedures and Functions required.
  • Experience working with Data Services, Smart Data Access (Data Virtualization) in HANA.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining document standards and guidelines for SAP HANA models and Interfaces.
  • Good understanding of Database privileges and security.
  • Experience of working with ETL tool such as SAP data services.
  • Experience working on SAP Analytics Cloud(SAC) will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of XS Advanced modeling in WEB IDE.
  • Good to have experience working in SAP FI or Finance related reporting areas.

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Work timings: 11AM to 8PM
