Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - \xd0\xa5 Sourcing good quality customers for salaried personal loans in the location from the open market \xd0\xa5 Cross selling of the insurance products to the Sal PL customers \xd0\xa5 Training the PSF and getting the targeted monthly no.\xd0\xa2s from the PSF team and driving PSF productivity as per company plans \xd0\xa5 Delivery on the Monthly Target on Salaried PL as well as Insurance cross sell \xd0\xa5 Ensuring required conversion on any centralized leads getting passed on \xd0\xa5 Coordinating with the Credit and Ops teams to ensure timely Approvals as well as Disbursements
- \xd0\xa5 Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience
\xd0\xa5 At least 2 years of Salaried loans experience in the overall experience are preferred
