Sales/Business Development Manager - We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field. :- Recruit /Train FCs and advisers.- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.- Focusing on advisory and FC retention.- Focus on Customer retention.- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisers by up selling and cross selling of product mix- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.- Grow your team for more businessRequired Qualification & Skills :1.
