It isn’t a question Job Purpose: This role holder will envision and define sales automation requirements for Haleon Consumer India (formerly GSK Consumer, India) , get appropriate IT solution developed from relevant stakeholders, test & learn, and ensure successful commercial rollout and utilization of the same in India. The incumbent will play pivotal role in design, development, and deployment of DMS and Next Gen SFA Handheld solution, Analytics Solution – Next Gen technical side, robust and intelligent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Chalk out automation journey for Haleon, India and start incubating some of the key project’s basis Horizon-1,2,3 etc.
  • The role holder will be working with Haleon IS Project manager for DMS and SFA solution and working on improving the design and development of DMS for deployment at distributors.
  • The role holder will be working closely with business team and be responsible for Master data, coordinating with GRD team, Sales ops & Customer Marketing teams for collecting and collating data, checking data for sanctity of data.
  • Working with Technology, Analytics, Business IT Solution teams for ensuring interface amongst various systems
  • DMS deployment, adoption, and utilization by distributors & Sub-Distributors – seeing that DMS is 100% utilized and data from DMS flows to business. Ensure that DMS to be the only source of all analytics done on secondary sales
  • Working on FoS Handheld Usage and development of UI working closely with relevant stakeholders or vendors for design as per retail service strategy.
  • Working with Customer Marketing team for ensuring Trade Spend Management in DMS
  • Developing future ready systems/customizations as demanded by business for the future. Keep evaluating scope to co-create newer modules as per business needs through CR’s
  • Tracking and monitoring Handheld Assets in field
  • Ensuring DMS & SFA data management and flow to data lake for POWER BI reports
  • Enable RTM expansion by bring all current coverage coordinates {town/village codes/Pin Codes} on to a platform
Job Specifications: Education: Graduate with Post Graduation in Management (preferred). Should be technologically savvy and comfortable with contemporary Office tools and have experience in managing DMS solution development/ deployment in an FMCG environment. Knowledge Experience: 8+ years of experience in managing DMS in an FMCG company. Having managed Sales MIS, Sales IT, will be an added advantage but not necessary Key Supporting Competencies: Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Business Acumen, Project & Process Management, Customer Focus, Managing & Measuring work, Dealing with Ambiguity, and Innovation Management. Key Functional Competencies & Technical Skills
  • Technical Knowledge on having managed DMS design, Development and Deployment
  • FMCG business understanding (Distributor role and expectations, Sales Manpower roles, Business challenges and key business drivers)
  • Project Management Skills, technically comfortable with DMS solution knowledge, solution-oriented mindset, external vendor management.
