Job SummaryThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for our school financing loan products. We prioritize making the loan application process simpler, faster, and easier, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.Your Key Responsibilities- Ability to drive sales number through DSA, Consultant, Reference sales- Drive faster TATs through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to expand channel presence and customer base- Segment the market and identify potential direct clients, approach them and generate business through customized loan structure offerings that meet client requirements and also generate good margins for business- Carry out regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients on a regular basis to source business- Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics, and work towards building a high-performance sales cultureSkills & Attributes For Success- Preferably experience from Commercial Vehicle Loans (School Vans & Mini Bus) / Loan Against Property / Mortgage loans who has worked in this market and has connects with key clients- Must be able to source direct and through channels- Ability to work independently- Candidate must know local language & should have experience of local marketPreferred Education & Experience- MBA or Any Graduate with 2-8 years of experience in sales, business development and client relationship management with an understanding of Financial Services.WHY JOIN US- Diverse & Inclusive Culture- Additional benefits and incentivesInterested candidate can share a resume or 8287721315 (ref:updazz.com)
