Align and drive the end customer strategy for DP World\'s MICT portfolio.
Supply Chain Optimization:
Progressively revisit supply chain requirements for end customers.
Provide integrated supply chain solutions to meet evolving needs.
Play a key role in gathering customer intelligence.
Coordinate with the manager to develop customer-specific solutions.
Management Reporting:
Prepare regular management reports for end customer volume and revenue forecasts.
Effectively coordinate with customers for credit and collections as per agreed terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in constructive relationships within target accounts
Update potential business opportunities to leadership team
To meet with the customers to understand the customer\'s organization, requirements, and business objectives
Present solution proposal and engage in negotiations, and close the deal along with leadership team
Day to day discussions with internal functions that support the sales process (Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.), gather required input and coordinate actions
Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams (ensure quality, improve performance)
Facilitate best-practice sharing between community
within sector/ geographySkills and Competencies:
5+ years of experience in Sales
Relevant knowledge of Sales & service solutions across the logistic value chain
Strategic Thinking & Prospecting with excellent communication, team player & interpersonal skills
Advanced Computer Proficiency with rich Experience in solution designing.
Know-how of process flow diagrams, time & motion studies
Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership.
Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. Strong networker, influencer, and team player
