Job Description


WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT: 1.Forecast demand & calculate headcount requirement for PAN India Sales Team to meet Annual / Quarterly / Monthly Targets assigned to each Zone / Region on the basis of MOU. 2.Perform Analysis of current staffing of FTEs & NFTEs (Full Time Employees & Outsourced Employees) while taking into account forecasted / expected Attrition Rate. 3.Ensure headcount occupancy/utilization is measured and delivered as per MOU/ Business Plan. 4. Plan and execute ramp ups and ramp downs on the basis of Productivity of respective Channel / Zone / Regional Level. 5. Strong Co-ordination with Leads (i.e. Regional/ Zonal Heads) to create aggressive & realistic hiring plans and determine optimal employee mix (Both, FTEs & NFTEs), for smooth functioning. 6. Strong co-ordination with PAN India Sales Team (400 FTEs) regarding completion of Critical Tasks & Mandatory Trainings assigned to them at defined intervals. e.g. Mandatory 28 Learning Hours Completion (Online/ Non ILT & ILT based Learning). Mandatory Compliance & Information Security Training / Pledge etc. 7. Partnering with Human Resources Team & Stakeholders to conduct \'Rewards & Recognition Program\' for PAN India Sales Team. COST OPTIMIZATION: 1.Support system in Sales Forecasting / Planning MOU for the year. 2.Publishing Dashboard of Projected vs Actual Cost at Zonal / Regional Level & sharing with Stakeholders at regular intervals. EKYC DEVICES MANAGEMENT: 1.Managing & Monitoring EKYC Devices Process ( Biometric Registration Devices ) allocated to Field Sales Team, which are the productivity multiplier. 2. Supporting PAN India Sales Team for Device related Errors. 3. Ensure Strong co-ordination with Vendors aligned for EKYC Devices (Mantra Softech & Precision Biometric) 4. Monitoring Cost Impact & Reconciliation of EKYC Devices Procurement of New Devices as well as Renewed Devices. APPLICATION LIFECYCLE & MANAGEMENT: 1. Tracking of Projection of Day-wise Expected Volume of Applications at Zonal & Regional Level, on a Monthly basis. 2. Publishing Dashboard of Application Flow on Daily basis vs Projection & Month -On - Month comparison, which requires a rigorous co-ordination with Sales & Cross Functional Teams to complete the MOU Targets assigned to Business. OTHER CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES: 1.Collation of Data received from all Zones/ Regions as per existing multiple requirements / New Project Implementation for forecasting / suggesting sales strategies / deliverables In order to Derive Insights & improve Business Performance. (New Offices Reqmt, Badges Requirement etc.) 2. Act as a bridge between Sales & Other Cross Functional Teams & line up meeting for closure of Open Issues, which helps in gearing up the Deliverables / Targets. 3. Assist in Developing & Manage SOPs for different Processes / Project Documents) and disseminate to stakeholders and Senior Management, including confidential and privileged information through advanced data analysis and statistical controls.
