Sales Manager- Responsible for develop new business opportunities and business models.- Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for channels partners.- Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts and / or markets.- Build a Sales pipeline.- Liaison effectively with the in-house, marketing, operations and peers in other countries.- Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactive advice on the forecast of sales.- To prepare the commercial proposal for the solution and also lead the negotiations with the customer.- Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team.- Help optimize the sales process.- Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.- Owning the Region and account - Account Management.- To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors\' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products- To train and develop fresh talent in the organization.
