We are looking for an experienced and energetic candidate for the position of Manager - Sales. The candidate should have good knowledge of the real estate industry along with a sales experience of 3-5 years. Primary KRA\'s : Achieving targeted sales closures and generating customer walk-ins from the leads assigned. Timely lead servicing of leads assigned and close sales bookings with customers Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventory Drive new sales through loyalty and reference network Respond to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines Desired Candidate Profile : Aggressive, result oriented, self starter and with strong follow up Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture Having knowledge of the Noida Real-Estate market Should be a Go Getter, Team Player and Target Oriented
