We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - USA Market to lead and grow our US sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US/international B2B sales, team handling, and revenue growth, preferably within logistics, transportation, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the US sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for the USA market
Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client accounts
Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching/training
Handle key US clients and maintain long-term relationships
Coordinate with operations and management for smooth execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in US or International Sales
Minimum 2+ years of team handling/leadership experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in US shift is mandatory
Logistics / Freight / 3PL / Trucking sales experience is a plus
Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
Ability to handle high-pressure targets and fast-paced environments
Immediate to short notice period preferred
