- Review and manage digital content marketing strategy and ensure effective execution and review
- Responsible for leveraging content to generate leads for the business
- Driving customer engagement initiatives on multiple digital platforms - Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team - Manage marketing budgets effectively and generating maximum ROIs
- Proven ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating processes to scale the working of the function.
- Help define the target market base and industry verticals we target for various services using local knowledge, secondary research, and past data
- Lead the team to ensure the right quality of onboarding to ensure early success and long-term retention of the shippers
- Deep understanding of the B2C transportation landscape in India with prior interactions with shippers
- Strong Business acumen.
- Knowledge of market research.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 10+ years of post-qualification experience with a very high understanding and awareness of business
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful Digital marketing campaigns running, SEO, SMO.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment.
- Ability to track all relevant data points on marketing execution and prepare management reports for the Marketing function
- Responsible for developing leads using whatever tools are available.
- Convert Leads into Sales using the customer acquisition team.
- Generate leads with walk-in or digital marketing or from other sources.
- Should monitor sales as per management target.
- Head customer service team for support and sales.
- Head Digital marketing team for creating Leads & Marketing Globally.
- Strategic thinking.
- Create a strategy & implement the strategy par with management targets and requirements.
- Reporting to the CEO on a daily basis.
- Weekly & monthly reviews should be reported to CEO.
- Hand-on experience working with CRM like Zoho or Salesforce.
