Requirement: We are looking for Sales Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We are searching for professionals with a solid track record of creating long-term value for the organization they have been associated with. You should have strong sales leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape and the role will involve regular travel. You will be responsible for developing and executing BD strategies, achieving revenue targets, and growing market share. You will lead sales performance, maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, develop relationships, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and materials. The role will work closely with the marketing and product teams to achieve aggressive company goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. BD Strategy: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in India. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and create pricing and positioning strategies. 2. Sales Performance Rigor: \xe2\x97\x8f Drive sales performance to meet quarterly objectives and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads with success ratios of 80%, 50%, and 20%. 3. Stakeholder Relationship Management: \xe2\x97\x8f Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Medical and Nursing Colleges, Private and Government Hospitals, and other healthcare organizations. \xe2\x97\x8f Establish new partnerships to promote the adoption of VR technology. 4. Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: \xe2\x97\x8f Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, providing updates to the CEO. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze market trends and competitor activities on a quarterly basis. 5. Marketing Collaboration: \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and materials that support sales efforts. The Sales Manager\'s performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs: \xe2\x97\x8f Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned region. \xe2\x97\x8f 10% increase in market share and customer base. \xe2\x97\x8f Development of new partnerships with key stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintenance of a pipeline of qualified leads with success ratios of 80%, 50%, and 20%. \xe2\x97\x8f Regular analysis and reporting of market trends and competitor activities to the leadership team. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9150,000.00 - 9250,000.00 per month Benefits:
