1. Civil graduate with strong networking in Building and Infra Sector
2. Generate leads from clients, Architects and Consultants PAN India
3. Strong liasioning in Government sector like MMRDA, MHADA, BMC, PMC, PCMC, GMB, MCGM, MMB etc.
4. CRM and strong Market Intelligence wrt Building and Infra Sector
5. Maintaining good relations with the existing customer and generating new business by finding potential customers
6. Study Pre-qualification/Tender criteria and make necessary changes/modifications in the criteria to get qualification done. Tender criteria to be changed as per companies requirement.
7. Arrange/organize meetings with client's top officials or decision makers, Team player.
8. Competitor analysis and ability to work under pressure, delivering high quality work consistently against tight deadlines
9. Attend Pre-bid meetings to get clarifications of technical queries
10. Having qualifications from NICMAR & MBA will be an added advantage.
