Roles & Responsibilities -
- Plan & Execute the LAP sales strategy to ensure location goals are met beyond expectations.
- Strengthen focus on customer centricity & create a culture of customer satisfaction within the team.
- Identify potential channel partners & keep tie - ups in line with the business plan & SOPs.
- Manage relationships with DSA , connectors and individual concerns for driving business leads.
Qualifications & Experience -
- PGDM/MBA from a reputed institute (Specializations in Sales & Marketing / Finance) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for relationship building & networking.
- Proficient at understanding business financials & accurately health of cases.
- Must have some experience in the selling of LAP Products.
