Job Title: Sales Manager ll Loan Against Property, Home LoanInterested candidates can share their resume at usha@jvgconsulting.co.in or whatsapp at 9133992000Experience: Minimum 3 years in Home Loan/Loan Against Property (LAP), preferably in Banking/NBFCs, with a background in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA/DST).Responsibilities :LAP Expertise :- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) processes, including credit evaluation, legal aspects, and technical requirements.- Utilize knowledge of LAP products to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.File Sourcing and Assessment:- Source LAP applications through Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and other channels.- Conduct thorough evaluations of LAP applications, including creditworthiness, legal documentation, and technical assessments.DSA Relationship Management:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure a consistent pipeline of LAP applications.- Provide guidance and support to DSAs to enhance their effectiveness in sourcing quality loan applications.Requirement : - Minimum 3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), preferably in Banking/NBFCs.- Background in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA/DST) with a good understanding of LAP processes.Age within 33 years.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
