Business DevelopmentA. Plan activities to maximize business in assigned territoryB. Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territoryC. Maintain relationship with village authorities and politically influential peopleD. Identify potential business opportunities in the regionE. Collect and utilize market information to facilitate decision makingF. Implement plans by allocating resources as suggested by State Business HeadsG. Plan promotional and brand building activities to increase business and market penetrationII. Portfolio HealthA. Monitor proper documentation of loan files in assigned territoryB. Ensure timely collection of EMIsC. Monitor and control NPA\'sD. Ensure audit guidelines are followed and loan documents are duly filledE. Random verification of properties financed during branch visitsF. Ensure all norms and audit requirements are being adhered toG. Maintain profitability of territory by controlling cost and AFC collectionIII. Process Improvement and AdherenceA. Continuously monitor each branch\'s daily performance and compare it with monthly targetsB. Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and procedures in assigned territoryC. Supervise the credit functions of the region and communicate with them regularly for understanding and resolving issues facedD. Provide approvals for administrative functions of the branchE. Submit MIS reports to state head as requiredF. Follow up/Ensure credit approval from concerned authority for files submitted across the TerritoryG. Ensure strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks in all branchesIV. Customer SatisfactionA. Maintain monthly and quarterly reports and recordsB. Ensure timely disbursals of Home LoansC. Attend to customer inquiries/grievances on a timely basisD. Address customer grievances and find solutions or escalate them as and when requiredE. Meet NPA customers to understand the reason for not paying and convince them to repayV. Employee Engagement and DevelopmentA. Spend quality time with new joiners for proper handholding of responsibilities and understanding of the jobB. Review performance of Team Leaders and Customer Managers on a regular basisC.
