Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and target manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and industrial companies.- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (design engineers, production managers, IT heads, etc.).- Solution Selling: Understand clients' design/manufacturing workflows to recommend NX modules that fit their needs (CAD for design, CAM for manufacturing, CAE for simulation).Skills & Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (especially Siemens NX).- Proven B2B software sales experience.- Ability to understand engineering design/manufacturing processes.- Technical background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing is often preferred.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
