Job Roles :- Find new business opportunities and financial advisors from open market- Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.- Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.- Negotiate prices and terms with customers.- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.- Understand clients\' insurance needs and financial goals.- Identify sales opportunities and actively prospect for new clients.- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.Requirements to apply here:- Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., insurance agent or broker licenses).- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
