Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Manager - Logistics Sales to lead and drive the growth of our logistics sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy, managing high-value client relationships, ensuring cross-functional alignment with operations, and achieving significant revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales performance at a managerial level.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire logistics sales function, including sales planning, forecasting, and execution across multiple verticals (road, air, sea, warehousing, etc.). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed organizational revenue and growth targets. Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing performance evaluation. Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, key account targeting, and market penetration. Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth in wallet share. Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end service excellence. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, team capabilities, and customer engagement.

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Deep understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. High level of customer orientation and focus on long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of progressive experience in logistics sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling business operations. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite. Experience in handling enterprise-level clients and complex logistics solutions is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹1,014,544.14 per year
