Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Sales Development:- Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat business and increase sales.2. B2B Partnerships:- Establish and manage partnerships with other businesses to create mutually beneficial relationships.- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.3. Travel Agent Sales:- Cultivate relationships with travel agents and agencies to promote the company's offerings.- Create and implement strategies to boost sales through travel agent channels.4. Market Analysis & Strategy:- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure achievement of targets.Qualifications and Requirements:- Experience: 5-6 years of proven sales experience in the budget hotel segment.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
