Job role : Freight forwarding salesAbout the RoleSamsung is looking for highly driven Freight Forwarding Sales professionals to build, expand, and manage business opportunities across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in ocean and air freight sales, strong customer relationships, and the ability to independently acquire and manage clients.Key Responsibilities:-- Generate new business opportunities in Ocean and Air Freight.- Identify, pitch, and close deals with new clients across Maharashtra.- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring service excellence and retention.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets.- Collaborate with internal operational teams for pricing, quotations, and service delivery.- Track market trends, competitor activities, and key customer requirements.- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to management.- Represent Samsung at meetings, industry events, and customer visits within the assigned territory.Mandatory Skills & Experience- Minimum experience: Proven experience in Ocean & Air Freight Sales (mandatory).- Strong business network with shippers, exporters, importers, and forwarders.- Ability to independently drive business development across regions.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet targets.Experience: 8 year's Designation : Manager / Sr.Manager (candidates even with higher levels of experience as well, Say up to GM level are welcome).Mandatory skills : experience in Ocean and Air Freight Sales.Position: Work from home.( Candidates should visit the head office in Noida every month. Air tickets and stay shall be provided by the company at NOIDA)Salary bracket: - 20 lakhs to - 50 lakhs, depending upon the current CTC of the candidate. Which is not less than 16 lpa.Maximum hike: 30%Number of positions: 3clients can be from anywhere in Maharashtra, though he will be stationed in Mumbai.
