Position: Manager Sales Finance (E-commerce channel) Location: Mumbai Reporting to Customer Development Finance Manager Position Summary: The E-commerce channel has been the strategic growth driver for KCI and is expected to contribute to 50% of business by 2025. This position will be the Finance Partner to Ecomm Business Leader, and help in rapid growth of the business profitably. The person will be responsible for laying down short term and long term financial strategy for the business, identify and lead critical projects, cross learn and implement global best practices. Being second in line to the Customer Development finance head will be involved in scaling up and indirect supervision of sales finance function.   • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Business head and Ecommerce Leadership Team to deliver on the sales and margin target
  • Develop deep business and category understanding to identify growth opportunities, investment required, and build business case to implement, identify KPIs and continuously track progress against plans
  • Drive strong analytics on pricing, promotions, competition benchmarking. Provide regular update on key business metrics
  • Build expertise to do comprehensive evaluation of digital marketing spends and consumer promotions. Closely work with Digital marketing team, channel partners and sales team to build key variables in the financial evaluation and create a playbook for future
  • Drive ToT negotiations with new customers with a win-win approach and long term perspective and drive annual JBP closures
  • AOP and LRP – Lead annual planning process, bottom up build up of P&L, identify business driver, investments required
  • Collaborate with the RGM team to drive E-comm related revenue and margin improvement initiatives
  • Be the finance controller for Ecomm channel, periodic review of customer claims , provisions , NOC collections and other commercial hygiene matters

Qualification & Experience:
  • Qualification: CA and/or MBA from premier institute.
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in finance function with atleast 3-4 years in business partnering roles with Sales or Marketing function , or in FP&A. Experience in Ecomm channel is desirable
  • Industry preference – FMCG, Ecommerce retail, D2C
  • Exposure to SAP, analytics platforms
