- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical products, particularly empty capsules.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Good in CRM and sales force.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the empty capsules market. Experience 12 - 13 Years
