The SDR Manager is responsible for leading and coaching an SDR team to overachieve pipeline goals, and developing SDRs to serve as the talent bench for the Field Sales organization.
About The Role
Recruit, hire and develop world-class SDR talent
Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscalers unique value proposition
Embrace selling a disruptive technology to educate key decision makers in organizations in your territory
Coach and motivate team to overachieve on targets
Build development plans for each SDR
Collaborate with Field Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing
Ensure sales processes and programs are part of the culture to ensure visibility, predictability, and consistency
Drive new processes and programs to increase outcomes of team with regards to revenue, pipeline generation and development.
Utilize Salesforce Dashboards to manage MQL funnel and forecast SDR pipeline trends
High earning potential with generous accelerators
Qualifications
Prior SDR Leadership Experience (1-3 years) at tech/SaaS company
Experience leading successful teams- proven track record in hitting stretch goals quarter over quarter
Experience building relationships between SDR teams and Marketing, Sales, etc.
Experience selling security, SaaS or software preferred
You have a history of over-achievement in your career and are in the top 10% in your current organisation
Scientific approach to hiring 'A' player SDRs with future sales exec potential
A self-starter who looks to solve problems, makes great decisions and executes
A learner who invests in self-development to continually become better each day
Experience selling to multiple levels within an organization
Bachelor's degree
