Team Leadership: Providing leadership, guidance, and training\'s to the inside sales team, motivating them to achieve sales targets and objectives
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to optimize the team\'s performance and achieve revenue goals
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas, to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and workshops to onboard new team members, improve selling skills, and keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring proper lead qualification, progression, and timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates
Lead Generation: Collaborating with marketing teams to generate and qualify leads, and ensuring effective lead distribution and follow-up
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress through the sales funnel
