Experience in Business Development, Sales of HVAC & related products like Air Handling Units (AHUs), Kitchen Exhaust Units, Chemical Filter Units.
Would be able to manage and generate business through a team of Engineers ( Karnataka, TN & Kerala).
Role involves meeting end-users, consultants, project management companies to generate inquiries to provide complete solutions & specify the product at the tender stage.
Candidate shall interact with multiple departments to review, discuss the scope, and estimate basis and consult on company estimating methods/procedures. He shall be able to study and offer the best suitable product.
As and when required utilize inputs from R&D, Production, Quality and Purchase departments to develop technical proposals. Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiations / finalization of deals (techno-commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing. Have strict control on Cash flow.
Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their pain areas/ concerns.
Preparation & getting approval on technical submittal from Client & consultant. Should have good connect with Consultants and Influencers in Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil Nadu.
Should have knowledge of working in CRM on regular basis to keep the data updated.
Should be proficient in Excel and know Analytical tools to generate inference from MIS.
Analytical thinking/problem solving skills, decision making, convincing skills. Candidate will be having dual reporting to respective regional sales managers & product managers in HO.
Desired Candidate Profile Candidate with a good track record in business development & target achievement will be preferred. A go-getter in business, always in the field generating business. Strong ethics and pleasing personality.
