Job Description


Job Title Manager, Sales Sales Pipeline Reporting and Analysis - Use profitability analysis to support team in defining the right approach towards customer to keep an optimal service level (not to under- or over-service) - Report weekly or bi-weekly to Head of Sales on sales pipeline and campaign progress and provide insights and market intelligence - Ensure correct customer approach rate on monthly, quarterlty and yearly basis, as defined by management - Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity at desired level Strategic Planning and Execution - Identify key market trends, challenges and requirements across travel sellers and Amadeus competitive position - Develop relevant content, commercial, solution and marketing plans to address the different Travel Seller segment needs and drive Amadeus growth - Define mid/long term ambition, strategic plan and associated KPIs across our core Air buisness and diversification initatives - Advocate internally for the specific needs of the market across content, solutions, people and tools Business Development - Lead and launch strategic initiatives to unhurdle local content / commercial / solution difficulties - Support the assessment of localizing and rolling out new solutions in the markets and relevant business lines (Search, Travel Office IT, Payment, CIT) - Work with the marketing team to ensure Amadeus is positioned as industry and thought leader in the market - Work with relevant business partners to identify and pursue relevant content gap and opportunities across Air and non-Air (HMI) Commercial Activities - Builds develop and maintain structured relationships with local customers through Account Development Plans (ADP) - Develop personal trusted relationships with C-Level decision makers of selected key accounts. - Actively drive the sales pipeline management from lead generation to closure to achieve targets (retention, acquistion and development) - Drive the diversifcation of our business by upselling non Air content and IT solutions Sales Pipeline Reporting and Analysis - Report weekly or bi-weekly to Head of Sales on the sales pipeline and provide insights and market intelligence - Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity at desired level Team Participation - Support new Inside Sales members in their induction process (shadowing, customer case discussions, etc.). - Take on responsbility of being a product or solution champion for a given market/customer group.\' Diversity & Inclusion We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek to hire the best candidate regardless of age, beliefs, disability, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.
