About The Role : Looking for an experienced strategic analyst who can identify business needs and develop plans that determine the company\'s direction, gather, review, and test data, and apply different measures to provide solutions to critical business issues and decisions.What will the individual do day to day?Sales Strategic Analyst Portfolio Management :- Help identify data-driven solutions for existing business challenges and identify potential areas of improvement.- Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing the business.- Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights.- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, finance, etc. to build scalable processes and metrics.- Carry out complex analysis of datasets and appropriate data validation.- Spot vital insights from data and develop the data framework.- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.- Proactive approach towards initiatives based on the outcome of data identification.- Conducting research on the current state of an industry or sector, including analyzing market trends, consumer behaviour patterns, technology advancements, and competitor activity.- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company\'s business objectives.What are we looking for?- Graduate in any stream with a minimum experience: of 8-12 years- A diploma/degree in data analytics would be an added advantage- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced Excel and Power Point- Well versed with Data analytics using Power BI, VBA & Macros- Must have good negotiation, communication skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and team-handling abilities- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment- Ability to drive things on their own- Good communication skillsAbout the company : The Company is a well known name in the Alco-Bev industry.
