Job Description


Role: The candidate will be responsible for the growth of ASMPT SMT business in the South Asia countries (South India and Sri Lanka). Responsibilities: Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand company\'s customer base and ensure its strong presence Develop new accounts and manage channel partners independently to increase customer base and revenue Engage customers proactively and build a long-term customer relationship Promote ASMPT SMT brand awareness with significant impact on customer experience Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with individual/team/organizational goals Responsible for equipment configuration and proposals preparation Requirements: MBA/Degree in Engineering or related discipline Proficient in English Minimum of 10 years\' of experience, preferably in the Capital Equipment Sales and Marketing Knowledge in SMT and/or Factory software solutions and/or Semicon (Advanced Packaging) industry Minimum of 10 years\' of SMT machines and technological knowledge of Printing and Placement Product Portfolio /Processes Have a well-established network with the SMT industry in South Asia countries Strong analytical and problem solving skills Effective negotiation skills Results & quality oriented Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment Able and willing to travel extensively locally and internationally Work Location: India, Chennai/Bangalore
