We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Record to Report! If you are an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience in RTR, we are looking forward for you to apply. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly fast paced business environment while being a good excellent teammate and be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement Responsibilities In this role, you shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report. Excellent understanding Construction Project Costs to ensure the accurate recording of Franchisee Accounts Receivable and McDonald\'s Fixed Assets, in accordance with Resturant partnering programs for new stores, rebuilds and reinvestments while supporting the Restaurant Development, Asset Management and Finance teams within the US & Canada markets on the related transactions. Completes assigned general ledger, fixed asset and construction sub-ledger account reconciliation and performs related analysis (ex. depreciation expense). Executes accounting transactions related to McDonald\'s real estate activities including, but not limited to, land acquisitions, closed restaurants, restaurant sales, rebuild retirements, etc. Strong financial acumen Strong Domain expertise on Core accounting and people management Provide leadership support and review all Project accounting work Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Preferred qualifications CA/CWA qualified & relevant work experience in General Ledger specifically in Project Accounting & RTR.
