Job Summary . Manager - Risk Job Purpose Risk BI caters to entire Risk unit which comprises of all Businesses within BFL. We create Power BI Dashboards for Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports & Month end Risk Decks are being generated in Power BI. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Responsible for owning end to end requirements of 1 or multiple Portfolios which includes daily/monthly Reports creation maintenance & delivery. 2. Delivery of requirements as per agreed TAT. 3. Deep understanding of Flow of data required from different sources into EDW. 4. Develop & Monitor Frequent MIS Reports using SSRS & Power BI and adhere to TAT. 5. Error free delivery of Reports/Adhoc data. 6. End to end ownership of Month end Risk Deck activities which are related to month end activities. 7. Ownership of Projects assigned and maintaining Tracker & Toll gates of the same. 8. Design and build Dashboards for Horizontal Risk Unit using Power BI. 9. Deep dive in Risk KPI Metrics & manage Risk Deck & Reports. 10. Data Insights to be published across team. 11. Automation of processes to trigger exceptions. . Major Challenges - 1. Co-ordination with IT EDW team in case when Reports are failed at Server end 2. Co-ordination with IT EDW team in case SQL queries are running slower for any Adhoc activities 3. Co-ordination with IT EDW team during Month end Risk Deck execution to ensure smoothness in execution & delivery. 4. Co-ordination with IT Power BI team for ensuring the refresh of Power BI dashboards and availability of Power BI server when required. . Key Decisions / Dimensions - Responsible in Understanding of requirement from Risk Users and provide TAT for the delivery of the same. Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications Graduation required in BE-IT, BSC - CS, BCA/MCA b) Work Experience Minimum 3 years of experience required in SQL, SSRS, SSIS & Power BI required. Experience in Banking/NBFC Domain required. R/Python will be an added advantage.
