Job Summary . Manager - Risk Job Purpose To own and build a robust campaign governance and BRE process that would enable excellence in campaign execution across all the different B2B, B2C, Credit Cards, TW, SME and New Upcoming businesses. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Execution and monitoring of BRE & campaigns on a Daily/monthly basis (new & existing process) Incorporating new changes (DOEs Policy changes) in a timely manner Publishing dashboards/reports to end users . Major Challenges - Due to dynamic nature of business policy gets tweaked on a regular basis. This requires ability to quickly identify and incorporate changes to help deliver the campaign output on a regular basis. Execution of campaigns in a timely manner. Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications Graduate in computer science, electronics or Information Technology b) Work Experience 2+ yrs of experience in BFSD Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Spark SQL, PySpark Good knowledge in: . Data Management . Good To Have - Exposure to Azure Cloud with Azure Databricks hands-on . Good To Have - Exposure to big data stack such as Hadoop, Spark etc . Good To Have - Creation and automation of reports in Power BI Good communication and interpersonal skills.
