Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d To own and build a robust campaign governance process that would enable excellence in campaign execution across all the different B2C businesses including PLCS, SAL PL, PL Prospect, and Credit Cards


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Execution and monitoring of campaigns on a monthly basis (existing process) Incorporating new changes (DOEs Policy changes) in a timely manner Publishing dashboards/reports to end users 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Due to dynamic nature of business policy gets tweaked on a regular basis. This requires ability to quickly identify and incorporate changes to help deliver the campaign output on a regular basis. Execution of campaigns in a timely manner. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) N/A 6. Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate in computer science, electronics or Information Technology b) Work Experience 2+ yrs of experience in BFSD Proficient in SQL (Oracle, Microsoft, Postgres) Good knowledge in: \xe2\x80\xa2 Data Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Good to Have - exposure to big data stack such as Hadoop, Spark etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Good To have \xe2\x80\x93 Tableau \xe2\x80\x93 Creation and automation of reports in tableau Good communication and interpersonal skills.
