Inviting applications for the role of Revenue Recognition - Manager Responsibilities . Analyze financial statements and determine monthly revenues and expenses. . Generate revenue reports and financial statements for management review. . Forecast monthly revenue and identify and communicate revenue opportunities to management. . Oversee revenue analysis, management, calculations and reporting functions on a monthly basis. . Provide financial expertise to Management for revenue improvements. . Assist in revenue accounting and closing processes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. . Develop internal controls to support revenue management activities. . Review and recommend improvements to existing revenue management functions. . Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly. . Closings and reconciliations for the managed accounts, Handling the accounts reconciliation for the group companies according to procedures, when required . Analyzing and posting the accounting journals, making reclassifications and corrections . Preparing the reports for the final balance sheet for each month end within the consolidated ERP system . Offering the necessary reports and information for the internal and external controls . Preparing monthly performance reports according to the established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client. . Communicating in a timely manner any relevant information related to the process. . Respecting the activity schedule established with the customer. . Ad-hoc reporting, based on manager&rsquos request. . Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements. . SOX Review / Controls -Internal Audit . Performance reporting: liaison with client on regular basis to discuss updates/issues (Governance) . Maintaining high rigor to achieve defines process SLAs. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Specific knowledge for ASC 606 . Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge . Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast. . Previous exposure to transformation and productivity initiatives . Language support required English language. . C.A. with US GAAP experience. Preferred qualifications . C.A. or equivalent advanced degree in accounting is preferred with working experience. . Experience with NetSuite a plus, but not required. . Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly. . High motivation and willingness to learn. . Ability to work under time pressure.
