Who are we :We\'re a startup building a wealth-tech platform, with the goal of making investments easy, intelligent, and quick (while letting users retain most of their daily trading habits). We aim to bring a user\'s complete e2e investment journey on a single platform (from identifying investment opportunities to executing final trade)This is a full time opportunity based in Gurgaon. 5 days working with high paced development culture.What you are expected to do :- Drive the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey through various Engagement and Retention strategies across customer cohorts.- Execute and Manage key reactivations mediums like Push/SMS/Email/WhatsApp and In-app and Web channels.- Hands-on experience on Platforms like Clever tap, MoEngage tools.- Identify the customer and their personas, create relevant customer cohorts and strategies to target these customers effectively across channels.- Create a CRM Plan using user segmentation to create custom and more relevant communications pushing users down the funnel.- Drive all marketing automation and Martech initiatives to develop and execute end-to-end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation (win backs) using scalable platforms.- Analyse data in order to understand key pain points, effective communication, ideal conversion times, etc.- Work closely with the creative team to define Email/WhatsApp templates for campaigns.What we are looking for :- Hands on over Clevertap.- Knowledge of the Fintech segment is a plus.- In-depth knowledge & hands-on experience of digital analytics and an understanding of consumer behaviour.- Experience in a high growth Start-up with similar responsibility.- Understanding measurement tools like Appsflyer, GA, etc would be a plus.What you\'ll get :- Attractive compensation and ESOPs- A true startup culture - young, fast paced, where you are driven by personal ownership of solving challenges that help you grow fast- A lot of learnings like Cloud (AWS),High scale, Mobile application technologies Fintech industry and other technologies- Focus on innovation, data orientation and extremely results driven- Opportunity to work with industry veterans- A vibrant office space with fully stocked pantries
