Retention Marketing Manager
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Create and drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Drive all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end to end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation using relevant platforms and strategies.
- Analyze data on funnel drops and take initiatives to plug those drop offs.
- Help to increase customer retention and stickiness for the brand by increasing repeat transactions.
- Extensive campaign analysis regularly to find out growth areas.
- Analyze results, showcase learnings and build on existing results to improve continuously.
- Work with the digital marketing team to deliver recommendations for engagement and share growth customer life cycle management.
- Creation of Monthly and weekly marketing plans.
Requirements :
- Should have worked on retention marketing channels
- Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp.
- Should have worked on Clevertap
- 4-6 years of work-ex in an ecom business.
- Sound knowledge in Google Analytics, CleverTap, Hotjar and other digital tools.
- Bend of mind to be able to do relevant A/B testings and calculated experiments.
