Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure file dockets are dispatched to storage within reasonable TAT
- Minimize the documents missing in storage and ensure all documents are scanned, verified and acknowledged
- Ensure all customer documents are tracking of all documents send to internal customer team within agreed SLAs
- Ensure vendor bills are processed and payments released within reasonable timelines.
- Ensure training is imparted to the branches to ensure files are updated & dispatched within reasonable timelines
