Job Description
Manager - Retail Analytics - KPORole & Responsibilities :- Liaise with the client to work on various typical retail analytics projects including customer segmentation, market basket analysis, campaign performance measurement, MMM, MTA, personalization, etc.- Build & Maintain data product dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI- Automation of dashboard workflows through Oozie- Generate marketing/financial reports on a fixed cadence based on client requirementsCandidate Profile :Required : SQL, Python, MS ExcelGood to Have : Tableau/Power BI, Oozie, Shell Scripting, Hive- Prior Experience of ~2 to 4 years working on retail analytics projects- Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability & problem solving skills, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
