Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Development of repair procedures, Special Tools , Equipments and Labour Time and ensure they are made available to the dealer team before a product is getting launched
- Development of end to end repair process for a new vehicle & Develop Repair and Maintenance manuals
- Identify , Design and Develop service special tools .Identify the correct workshop equipments and certify for workshop usage
- Peform Repair time study and establish the labour charges for every repair ti be performed in the vehicle
- Provide training on aggregate overhauling to various internal stake holder
- Create various visual charts to be used at workshop for improving the Repair quality and create Animations on critical procedures which has direct impact on workshop productivity
- Provide assistance to New Product Development SAM trails .Benchmark and adapt various best repair practices
BE / B. Tech - Mechanical / Automobiles | Specialisation in Mechatroinics, Automobiles
General Experience
4 to 10 years

Primary Skills-Functional (Differentiating Skills)
Expert knowledge in automobile systems . Complete Know how on the process being followed in a auotmobile workshop
Hands-on experience in vehicle and aggregate repair
Experience in Technical authoring . Proficiency in Authoring softwares & modelling softwares like CATIA, 3D Xml..etc
Secondary Skills-Functional (Job Family Skills)
Good writing skills for Authoring
Diagnostics and Problem solving
Knowledge on fixing the mechanical and diagnostic problems in a vehicle
