Better requires process discipline and simplification As an Associate Manager, you will lead a team of 6 to10 software developers and build software that is optimized, well organized and maintainable. Along with monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management, you will also be responsible for a scrum team and facilitate agile development partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and deliver on the SLA. You will be accountable for the production delivery of Sprint Scope and will help production deployments. Being a technical maestro, you come with 8 to11 years of experience in Java and web-based systems & solutions. You should have expertise in technical skills such as Java, Springboot, Redis, NoSQL (Cassandra), Kafka, AWS/EKS, Conjure, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, GraphQL, Camel/Spring Integration, Performance Tuning, API design (REST/GraphQL), API security, data encryption, knowledge of SQL (Oracle). It will be nice if you are aware of NodeJS, F5, Okta, Lambda, F5, Akamai. You will have an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs and OOA/D design patterns. Experience with agile development methodologies with TDD/CI using the latest engineering tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, and git is highly preferred.
