Customer Quality

  • Responsible for Handling & Resolving Customer Complaints.
  • Coordinate & implementation of CAPA with standardization & Horizontal deployment
  • Conduct Dock Audit & Process, Audit to ensure the effectiveness of countermeasures.
  • Reduce external COPQ.
  • Provide the training to quality inspectors and production operative on Product ,process and customer specific requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining the ISO requirements.
  • Competitor sample Analysis and implement their best practises

Plant Quality
  • Responsible for In-process Quality functions across plant.
  • Ensure & Approve the First Part Approval & Set up Approval/Product Inspection as per Quality Assurance plan for Each Process. Ensure the adherence of SOP (procedure/system).
  • To Eliminate Internal Defects through JIPM\LEAN methodology
  • To reduce rejection rate & Cost of Poor Quality by TPM\Lean approach.
  • Ensure Why Why analysis, Prepare the kaizen matrix, Root caused grouped and follow the CAPA with other functions.
  • External Internal competitions, CUFEST, Morgan , MMTCL & External
  • Change management.
  • External & Internal audits. Conduct product, process & 4M audit to ensure the effectiveness of countermeasures and address the gap analysis.
  • Reduce the Inspection Frequency by improving the Process control.
  • Reduce the Inspection time by implementing the KAIZENs and changing the Inspection method.
  • Improve the Skill Matrix of QA team by providing trainings & develop the second skill level.
  • Ensure the lab Equipment Maintenance 100% availability rate – Followed Annual Maintenance Contract/Calibration & Updated History card also Ensure the critical spare list of each Equipment.
  • Developed In House Calibration and Conducted Calibration for each instruments/Equipment also updated in Master list and Calibration Report Approval.
  • To Prepare Monthly/Weekly Quality MIS (Rejection & Rework, COPQ, Customer Complaint, PRIMO) presentation for effective management review and decision making with respect to the QA objectives across the plant.
  • To Collaborate the Global Quality team & Improve the Global Quality Improvements
Qualifications:

Education/Qualification:
BE. Mechanical Overall years of Experience: 12-15 Years Nature of Work: Customer complaints, Process Improvements, Internal rejection reduction, Supplier development.
