Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - WEB ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION ACROSS MULTIPLE DOMAINS • Define and drive implementation of Google analytics and Tag manager across the organizations digital assets • Collaborate with developers to modify and improve data layer • Drive Tagging Tag Auditing and overall Tag Management • Capability to identify evaluate and establish a road map for implementing tools for user behaviors analytic SEO • Implement analytics framework across multiple domains to create a single view of the visitor • Define and create goals and events across the digital journey of the customer to build rich signals set • Create web insights to be able to optimize the victors journey using techniques such as channel optimization destination optimization and personalization • Design programs to create a large pool of identified customer base • Capture multiple attributes at a customer level covering areas like demographics in market segments age and alike TEAM MANAGEMENT AND CROSS-COE COLLABORATION • Work with various COEs within marketing and across the company to lead the implementation of key projects • Lead a team of web analyst ensuring a balance between future-facing requirements and ongoing monthly optimization and enhancement requirements of business PARTNER ECOSYSTEM • Identify onboard and actively manage an ecosystem of service providers • Develop long term partnerships with key service providers KPI • # of events per page • Size of identified customer base • # of attributes per customer • Business value generated through data led programs • Delivery time for implementation of Google Analytics



Required Qualifications and Experience
* Required Qualifications and Experience: QUALIFICATIONS • 4+ years of experience of web analytics tools, implementation & initiatives with end to end execution, business management and process management • Experience in building actionable insights for business teams to drive the sales and perform campaign management • Expert in channel attribution, campaign attribution, MCF in GA • JavaScript/jQuery • Experience in working with multi-dimension data • Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL & Cloud based Big query APTITUDE • Strong business acumen and has a knack of people management • Strong project management skills and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions • Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) • Flexible and self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution WHAT TO EXPECT IN NEXT 3 MONTHS? If you get a hang of it, and strike a homerun, you will be marked as potential high performer and included into strategic initiative, and possibly also in the digital transformation project PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION • Minimum 3-5 experience in similar role including Campaign management, Analytics initiatives preferably in a consumer services company • Must have hands-on knowledge of campaign orchestration platforms like Responsys, CDP, Net core. • Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL with query optimization and handling data • Post-graduate in Management • Deep customer focus by understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences
