Demonstrate deep understanding of customer, competition, category and trade channels
Lead the execution of the brand tasks across Channel, BTL, Activation & Digital; Plan BTL (Below the Line) activities at Stockist, Retailers to drive visibility at POS (Point-of-Sales)
Conceptualize, develop, and execute entire customer life cycle roadmap; liaison with the NPD team for packaging & element design
Managing end-to-end P&L of the business
Work with the sales team and responsible to drive the top line
Work closely with channel partners and support them in driving secondary and primary sales
Prepare forecasting of stocks in coordination with sales team and maintain optimum Inventory of Stocks at SD and Depo level
