Job Overview

Looking for a smart professional who will develop, prioritize and deliver a portfolio of features and A/B tests with a focus on improving Customer Experience on our website and app. You will build a delightful product, develop a compelling strategy, and drive business goals. You must be an effective relationship builder and be able to drive support across a broad range of fields and personalities. A creative problem solver with an eye for details and a keen focus on results

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product development, planning and roadmap execution throughout the development lifecycle
• Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals. Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and product related issues
• Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements from cross-functional teams and stakeholders on multiple business levels.
• Maintain a roadmap and regularly review with stakeholders and partners
• Write user stories for requirements and define the acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with a cross functional product team, including business and channel owners, user experience designers, developers, legal, compliance, brand, marketing, QA and content editors
• Relentlessly track the competition and marketplace to seek out inspiration for product innovation and opportunities to acquire and keep customers

Skills & Attributes

• Experience with managing web applications, mobile app and multivariate testing is preferred
• Comfortable with Jira, Figma, Adobe Experience Suite etc.
• Experience with Amadeus & Mobile Apps is preferred
• Exceptional data analysis skills & working knowledge of Agile framework
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories
• Handle product backlog and manage scrum dashboard
• Act as a customer advocate while explaining the user stories to engineering team
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (externally and internally at all levels)
• Proven ability to work with a diverse set of team members and positively influence a large, complex organization

Work Experience

• 6+ years of product management or related experience.
• Should include several product/service launches using software development methodologies, gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed specifications
• Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment or Air/Travel experience preferred

Qualification

• Graduate degree from a recognized university
• Specialization in Engineering/Management/Travel/Hospitality Preferred
