About the Role

This position will work in the Process Automation Centre of Excellence and report to Director- Process Automation and Continuous Improvement. The role is to lead process discovery and analysis to assess, validate operational excellence opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and process automation technologies.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with Operational Units Automation Leads to identify and prioritize areas, workflows and processes suitable for automation

\xc2\xb7 Leading assessment of business processes through process demos , mapping, analysis, validating and signing off business benefits from leadership

\xc2\xb7 Supporting process discovery workshops involving Technology and Operations teams to carry out deep dives of the process flows

\xc2\xb7 Supporting PACE leaders to develop a strategic roadmap for process automation

\xc2\xb7 Managing the delivery of key automation projects pipeline throughout its lifecycle: solution design, development, testing and deployment

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring automation program benefits are accurately captured and reported through the lifecycle of automation projects

\xc2\xb7 Tracking progress of annual priorities and goals against automation program KPIs. Set up and report the utilisation of bots

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Be certified in Lean Six Sigma, Green Or and Project Management -PMP, PRINCE2 etc

\xc2\xb7 Experience in process re-engineering, Operational/Process Excellence using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques

\xc2\xb7 Be a great communicator with an ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams

\xc2\xb7 Be a graduate with technical skills

\xc2\xb7 Be comfortable working in Agile and fast faced environments
