Qualifications Any graduate or PG with min 6 years of experience in communications Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore Timings : 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a 30 minute lunch break Reports to Founder Managing Trustee Purpose To manage communication team on content writing/design/ social media/PR Essential Functions Responsible for content creation, collection, collation and compilation for all periodical publications including monthly updates, quarterly newsletters and Annual report Responsible for overseeing designing and publication of the periodical publications Responsible for all State government supported project reports Developing content for brochures, flyers, marketing materials, website etc Manage Communications with need based Kannada content development/translation Managing internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, presentations, technical documentation etc as needed. Develop strategies to maintain public relations Developing proposals for existing projects by coordinating with concerned departments in the organization Maintain positive relations with stakeholders and guests through letters, mails and correspondence. Manage team of 6 members Need to be proficient in managing social media with constant updation Job Setting Flexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Office located on Ground Floor: requires work with external stakeholders or the public: requires prompt service Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per year Schedule:
